This is our approach to solve the main problem of the membrane switches faceplates. In factories, especially those which have a tough environmental effects in the area of working machines (like moisture, Fluids and high temperature exposed to the machine directly), The user interface suffers some problems in the switches that may prevent the machine from working properly. The most challenging part solving this problem was to find a direct replacement for the faulty faceplates and it has to ocercome the main disadvantage of the membrane switches technology, MAINTAINABILITY. We've developed the solution for these membrane faceplates and it's completely MAINTAINABLE, our clients does not need to order the machine faceplates every while from the machine manufacturer, because our replacement faceplate is completely maintainable and we can deliver the complete faceplate, the Switches parts or the Graphic overlay separately. We often supply some spare (Switches base) with every batch to our client. This approach has proved it's reliability and durability over a long time of operation.
